Being a HR Operations Specialist is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our company needs. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy the needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
- Ensure compliance with local HR laws & regulations
- Responsible for all HR matters for a team in Central and Eastern Europe including new employee onboarding, payroll, preparation of HR letters, training, application of working VISA, etc..
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, performance management, and employee engagement,
- Manage and update all employee information, including leave application, reporting line changes, change of function, etc. in HR system
- Work closely with HR colleagues in Europe and China
