As our HR Operations Manager DACH, you’ll be the regional go-to for all things HR—strategic, operational, and everything in between. Your mission includes:

HR Business Partnering

  • Collaborate with regional leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
  • Guide workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Support performance management and employee development.
  • Foster a strong company culture and employee engagement.
  • Advise employees on career growth and mobility.

HR Operations

  • Lead HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, contracts, and data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Coordinate payroll and benefits with Finance and vendors.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance employee experience.
  • Deliver HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making.

Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent.
  • Boost employer branding and candidate experience.
  • Support hiring for key roles and implement learning programs.
  • Coach managers on leadership and HR best practices.
Your profile
You’re a strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and a passion for people. Here’s what makes you a great fit:
  • 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP and operations.
  • Strong grasp of DACH labor laws and employment practices.
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across countries or business units.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • English and German C1; other regional languages are a plus.
