As our HR Operations Manager DACH, you’ll be the regional go-to for all things HR—strategic, operational, and everything in between. Your mission includes:
HR Business Partnering
- Collaborate with regional leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
- Guide workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
- Support performance management and employee development.
- Foster a strong company culture and employee engagement.
- Advise employees on career growth and mobility.
HR Operations
- Lead HR processes from onboarding to offboarding, contracts, and data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits with Finance and vendors.
- Drive process improvements and enhance employee experience.
- Deliver HR reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent.
- Boost employer branding and candidate experience.
- Support hiring for key roles and implement learning programs.
- Coach managers on leadership and HR best practices.
