Your mission

Then, have a look at your responsibilities below:

You'll regular deliver reports regarding the region's performance to the department center
You'll manage the hotline ticketing system for distributors, installers and end users
You'll deliver technical training, create online courses and documentation
You'll do on-site troubleshooting with the partner success manager
You'll do pre-sales customer visits with the key account manager
You'll support commissioning and project management of C&I ESS projects in the region.
38 hours a week
One year contract with possibility of extension

Your profile

Do you have the legal right to work in UK ? Before applying, please ensure you have the legal right to work without the need for visa sponsorship. What will you need to be successful?

Fluency in English (minimum C1 level)
Degree in electrical engineering or an electrician background
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multicultural environment

What can make you an ideal candidate?

2 years of experience as a technical support / after sales for PV / ESS or O&M
Languages skills in Chinese (Mandarin) is not mandatory but preferred
Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe
