We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as our new Agent Integration Intern!
What does an Agent Integration Intern do, you might ask?
This role empowers you to shape the future of service digitalization – by building smart agents to automate repetitive tasks, freeing up human effort and improving efficiency.
In a little more detail, this is what you will do in your day-to-day job:
- Build Python-based intelligent agents for structured tasks (e.g., email parsing, FAQ auto-response)
- Integrate agents with CRM systems via API, plugins, or automation platforms
- Develop backend microservices to expose agents as callable interfaces
- Support knowledge-embedding and retrieval-based Q&A (RAG) features
- Collaborate with business teams to ensure agent logic aligns with real-world processes
- Monitor and debug agent performance for continuous improvement
Your profile
All right, all right, now you know what you're up for — what background helps you succeed in this role?
It’s all about automation, agents, and backend logic, so we’d love you to have:
- Solid Python skills with some backend development experience
- Familiarity with at least one LLM framework (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI SDK)
- Ability to independently design agent workflows and troubleshoot issues
- Bonus: knowledge of tools like Playwright, FAISS, or FastAPI
- Passion for smart automation and service optimization
- Fluent in English (C1), with German being is a plus
