​Your main tasks: 
Customer Support & Technical Expertise
  • Assist customers with RFQ/RFP by offering expert guidance and solutions.

  • Facilitate engaging technical discussions with customers to understand and meet their needs.

  • Organize impactful technical workshops, helping customers get the most out of our products.

  • Ensure seamless technical follow-ups for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Technical Expertise & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with our HQ in China and European colleagues on product development, enhancing cross-cultural teamwork and knowledge sharing in a global environment.

  • Secure and expand local product knowledge, keeping your expertise at the forefront of industry trends.

  • Manage technical documentation efficiently, ensuring easy access to valuable resources for your team and clients.

  • Participate in continuous training to stay updated on the latest technologies and market demands, empowering you to stay ahead of the curve.

Regulation & Market Analysis

  • Stay up-to-date with local regulations, ensuring compliance and product certification are always in line with industry standards.

  • Analyze and benchmark our products regularly against the competition, keeping us at the cutting edge of the market.

  • Provide essential local market insights to guide strategic decision-making and product development.

Your profile
  • University studies in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor or Master) or similar university studies in an Engineering discipline are mandatory.
  • Several years of working experience in the Energy and Electricity sector - ideally in Solar / Photovoltaic industry.
  • Fluent French (min. C1) and English (min. B2) language skills are mandatory. Daily working languages will be French and English.
  • Proactive, dynamic and customer oriented personality.
  • High problem solving ability.
  • Self-motivated and performance driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to travel national as per business requirements (2 times/month) and international from time to time (around 4-6 times/year).
