Your mission
As a key member of sales organization to accomplish the revenue, margin and account receivable target set on annual basis. The candidate will need to manage key accounts and maintain long-term partnership. The candidate will work with all major utilities, owner, developer, EPC, O&M customers to drive the business. The candidate will perform in business development role for potential market segment or new market. The candidate will also need to perform the following:

  • Help develop product marketing strategies and establish long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts.
  • Possess strong sales skills to close deals and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Periodically visit key customers and liaise with leading contractors (large-scale) in the hydrogen-related industry.
  • Assist the company in gaining better brand recognition by helping with trade shows and other public functions.
  • Collect market information, including emerging market data, industry trends, product standards, competitor information, etc.
  • Work closely with the technical team to fulfil customer requests and communicate with HQ in a timely manner.
Your profile

Now in order to have a great fit, we would suggest you bring more or less the following background with you:

  • You will have a minimum of five years' sales experience, including two years' project sales experience, in the PV/wind energy/renewable energy business or petrochemical industry.
  • Familiarity with the renewable energy industry in the MENA, Australian and European regions, and an understanding of the business culture in these areas, is required.
  • Having a wide network of key players in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
  • The ability to build strong customer relationships quickly is preferred.
  • Professional in dealing with international business.
  • Good teamwork and strong team coordination skills are required.
  • Public speaking skills are an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player.
  • Self-starter and continuous learner
  • Passionate about the hydrogen industry.
  • English C1, other languages are a benefit (as usual, right? :D )
  • This position will require around 50% travel.
