We’re on the lookout for a BESS C&I Business Development Manager - a strategic go-getter ready to boost our commercial impact in France.

Your main tasks:

  • Drive sales strategy with Distributors in France.
  • Build relationships with Installers, Developers, and EPCs.
  • Co-develop smart solutions with EMS specialists.
  • Oversee projects from tender to commissioning.
  • Spot trends, tech, and market opportunities.
  • Align with global teams to scale our impact.
  • Represent SUNGROW at key industry events and trade shows.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and strategic partnerships.


Your profile
  • Strong commercial and technical background.
  • Solid experience in sales and marketing.
  • Confidence to work independently and make sound decisions.
  • Leadership skills to unite and motivate teams.
  • Good English-level (minimum B2 level).
  • Fluent/Native French (C1/C2).
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across France (more than 50% of the time) and occasionally within Europe and to China.
