We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team, overseeing and commissioning projects while ensuring their successful execution. This role demands a highly organized individual with a data-driven mindset, substantial experience in managing complex projects, and the ability to lead effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong technical acumen, adaptability, and excellent problem-solving skills, alongside the capacity to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
Your mission:
As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the successful delivery of diverse projects, aligning with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate internal and external resources for seamless project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee critical project milestones, including FAT, commissioning, SAT, and handovers.
- Monitor project performance, manage KPIs, and create detailed documentation.
- Resolve technical and operational issues in coordination with relevant divisions.
- Ensure timely collection of payments aligned with project milestones.
- Manage project resources, including engineers, contractors, and equipment.
- Lead on-site supervision of delivery and commissioning processes.
- Drive continuous improvement and development of organizational processes.
