- Provide remote and on-site technical support for global product issues.
- Train and mentor field technical service engineers.
- Draft technical disclosures, operation instructions, and experience-sharing materials.
- Compile FAQs and optimize product maintenance manuals.
- Provide root cause analysis reports based on client requirements
- Track major product failures and coordinate with R&D, PQA, and SQE for resolution.
- Act as an IPD service representative, supporting product development and mastering product knowledge.
- Analyze client service cases to refine serviceability requirements and compile reports.
- Prepare and release maintenance manuals and training materials.
- Gather and implement improvement suggestions based on installability, maintainability, and client feedback.
