The intern will play a crucial role in supporting the development and management of the internal compliance systems and conducting in-depth compliance and policy research.

- 1. Conduct research on laws, regulations, and policy developments across the EU and UK, with a focus on renewable energy sectors.
2. Monitor legislative changes affecting compliance and prepare comprehensive reports and concise summaries on regulatory trends, providing actionable recommendations to internal teams.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to draft and update compliance policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and business needs.
4. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the compliance inquiry system, handle standard requests, distribute existing policies and documents, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
5. Leverage AI tools and data analytics to enhance risk identification, analysis, and monitoring processes.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of risk awareness and proactive management throughout the organization.
7. Perform administrative tasks such as organizing and summarizing meetings, collecting feedback from various departments, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.
