- Managing internal affairs such as reception, welcoming guests, and organizing meetings.
- Ensuring a pleasant office atmosphere and handling supplies, inventory, snacks, and coffee machines.
- Answering incoming calls, handling mail, packages, and deliveries, and managing outgoing mail.
- Fleet management and all areas of office management, including liaising with landlords, property management, external suppliers, and service providers.
- Managing office materials, leasing, and office equipment.
- Assisting with facility and building management, such as coordinating repairs.
- Handling invoice management and organizing events.
- Other administrative and organizational matters.
