Your mission
We are seeking a proactive and analytical Risk Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying, evaluating, and managing risks across Sungrow Europe’s operations. Leveraging advanced tools, including AI and data analytics, you will enhance risk management processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to cultivate a culture of risk awareness and proactive mitigation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize risks across Sungrow Europe’s operations.
  • Support the implementation of compliance and risk management policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage risk-specific task forces, ensuring effective collaboration and timely reporting of risk-related issues and project progress.
  • Assist in planning and conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain risk reporting mechanisms to ensure stakeholders are informed of emerging risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Leverage AI tools and data analytics to enhance risk identification, analysis, and monitoring processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of risk awareness and proactive management throughout the organization.
Your profile
  • Master’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in risk management, implementation functions, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Tech-savvy, with demonstrated proficiency in AI tools and data analytics platforms.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Open-minded, with a passion for continuous learning and exploring innovative solutions in compliance.
