SAP and CRM Basis Administrator Intern - Germany

Being a SAP and CRM Basis Administrator Intern is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:

Daily 1st-Level Support: Take responsibility for the daily 1st-level support of digital systems such as CRM C4, SAP S4Hana, and Power BI. Plan upcoming tasks (training and issue resolution) with end users and coordinate with different departments for seamless workflow and data transformation.
User Management Support: Coordinate with IT HQ on user access and permissions management.
Updates & Support: Participate in planning updates, release changes, and provide 2nd-level support in collaboration with the project team.
Project Work & Management: Engage in projects to further develop workflows and implement new digital systems like Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Client Component Administration: Oversee the administration of SAP GUI and SAP Business Client.
Data Analytics: Utilize Power BI for data analysis and reporting dashboards.

Your profile

All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role?

Educational Background: IT-oriented degree, such as in computer science, or a comparable qualification.
Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an SAP or CRM Basis Administrator, particularly in the design and operation of SAP and CRM systems.
Expertise: Strong knowledge in IT strategy, digitization, roadmap development, as well as the implementation, optimization, and operation of SAP and CRM solutions.
Skills: Analytical thinking, conceptual strength, communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to overcome challenges.
Data Analytics: Proficiency and experience in data analytics.
Language Skills: English C1 is required. Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
