As an intern with Sungrow, you’ll dive into the technical sales side of ESS, developing skills and insights that will support a global shift toward cleaner, more sustainable energy.

Your Role
As an ESS Sales Engineer Intern, you’ll support our technical sales team with a range of tasks critical to the success of our ESS projects across Sweden. Working closely with engineers, project managers, and sales teams, you’ll play a key role in preparing technical offers, conducting market analysis, and enhancing sales processes. Here’s a closer look at what your day-to-day might involve:

  • Assist in preparing technical offers for ESS solutions, tailoring configurations and specifications to meet client needs.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to help the team identify key trends and emerging opportunities in the ESS market.
  • Support in the creation of technical documentation, including proposal drafts and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that technical requirements are well-aligned with sales objectives.
  • Contribute to customer meetings and sales presentations, offering technical insights to aid decision-making.
Your profile
If you’re ready to explore the world of clean energy from a sales perspective, we’re looking for someone with the following qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field such as Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related engineering degree with a focus on renewable energy.
  • An interest in or basic understanding of ESS, battery technologies, power electronics, and renewable energy solutions.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a knack for problem-solving and interpreting data.
  • Collaborative and communicative, able to convey technical information in a way that supports sales objectives.
  • English and Swedish at a C1 level.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design or simulation software is a plus.
