Your mission
You will manage the day-to-day office operations, assist with logistics and travel coordination, and provide general administrative support. In addition, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication and coordination between various departments and support HR activities during this period.
• Office Operations, IT, and Logistics Management: Oversee the daily functioning of the office, manage IT equipment procurement and inventory, and coordinate company vehicles, subscriptions, and related expenses.
• Vendor, Financial Administration & Marketing Support: Manage vendor relationships, prepare reports, handle reimbursements, assist with marketing and client-related events, and manage client gifts and special occasion arrangements.
• Executive Support & Compliance Management: Coordinate senior management’s meetings, schedules, and provide ad-hoc administrative assistance. Handle visa arrangements for employees and clients traveling to China, and ensure compliance with visa requirements.
• HR Support: Provide administrative support to the HRBP with recruitment processes and other HR activities, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and manage employee welfare.
