We are looking for you to join our Sungrow team as a new Technical Training Specialist!
You will need to work on-site at our service center and office in Munich. 
 
The role
Well, this role is all about diving into the exciting world of training and development in the PV and BESS industry! You will be the driving force behind ensuring our engineers team and clients are empowered. You’ll do the operation and management of our products in Competency Center, organizing impactful Training sessions, and providing top-notch support for all our training initiatives!

What you will do
In a little more detail, this is What you will do in your day to day job:

• Training & Maintenance: Oversee routine operation and maintenance of training products at the Service Competency Center.
• Junior Trainer: Provide training on tools, monitoring platforms, and C&I products to business partners; develop initial training plans.
• Collaborate with Technical Support: Work with the team to enhance and expand training materials.
• Knowledgebase Management: Manage and implement the EU ETS Knowledgebase.
• Project-based Training: Organize training sessions and assist in developing and revising training policies and procedures.
• Cross-team Collaboration: Actively collaborate with teams and offer support as needed.
