Your mission
We are seeking a Project Manager Team Leader to oversee and lead our project management team in driving the successful execution of renewable energy projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills, a data-driven approach, and extensive experience in managing complex projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid technical background in renewable energy or related fields.
About the Role:
As the Project Manager Team Leader, you will guide a team of project managers and ensure alignment with organizational goals, driving project delivery excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers to ensure successful project execution and alignment with strategic goals.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Monitor project performance, KPIs, and manage timely reporting.
- Resolve technical and operational issues, coordinating with internal teams and divisions.
- Oversee contract reviews, milestones, and ensure compliance with project obligations.
- Supervise critical delivery processes, including FAT, commissioning, SAT, and handovers.
