• Prepare high-quality service quotations for Sungrow customers.
• Support long-term customer relationships by understanding needs and service expectations.
• Collaborate closely with Sungrow Sales and Product Management teams.
• Help standardize service offerings and contribute to long-term service sales strategies.
• Support the preparation of monthly service sales reports for Service Sales and Service Operations.
• Build practical knowledge of the solar industry, service solutions and customer-focused sales processes.

• You are currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner.
• You are proactive, take initiative, and enjoy driving tasks forward.
• You have a strong service mindset and a genuine willingness to learn.
• You communicate confidently in both English and German, at least at B2 level, as customer communication takes place in both languages.
• Chinese language skills are a plus.
