Being a Pre-Sales EV Charging Solution Engineer is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
- Provide technical support to customers during the pre-sales stage, with a focus on achieving overall sales KPIs.
- Serve as the technical lead for tenders within assigned regions.
- Deliver product training (both online and face-to-face) to key accounts, distributors, and internal teams.
- Actively participate in marketing activities, including industry exhibitions, forums, and summits, to promote our products.
- Handle whitelist applications and conduct research on new certifications and legislation for specific products and regions.
- Collaborate effectively with HQ to ensure timely fulfillment of customization requests.
- Understand local technical requirements and regulations and support to define newly developed products to comply with those.
- Understand the technical requirements from our customers to define newly developed products according to their needs.
