The Intern Service Quality Specialist position at Sungrow Service is a supportive role focused on handling product or project-related escalations from various teams. This opportunity is perfect for a motivated individual passionate about product quality and customer satisfaction.

You’ll Do:

Work closely with quality and engineering colleagues to collect and track major issues.
Push for progress and solutions on service quality topics.
Support quality-related data analysis and other quality improvement initiatives

Your profile

What You need to bring

Strong interest in product quality assurance
Structured critical thinking and problem-solving skills, using data to help measure progress and impact
Flexible and proactive, able to work independently
Effective communication and strong organization skill
Open to and respectful of cultural differences
English and Chinese C1, german a plus
