- Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for energy storage systems, ensuring minimal downtime and longevity of assets.
- Operational Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of battery storage systems through technology upgrades, software optimization, and data-driven insights.
- Data Analytics: Collect and analyze performance data from battery systems, leveraging insights to improve operational efficiency and extend asset life.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with third-party service providers, OEMs, and maintenance teams to ensure timely interventions and repairs.
- Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure that all operations are in compliance with local regulations, including safety, environmental, and electrical standards.
- Budget & Financial Planning: Monitor operational expenses, prepare budgets for asset maintenance, and ensure cost-effective management of storage assets.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Contribute to sustainability targets by optimizing energy storage systems to improve their environmental impact.
- Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to senior management and stakeholders, detailing asset performance, incidents, and improvement strategies.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with the operations of storage systems, ensuring safe and reliable operations.
