Being a Service Coordinator at Sungrow is an exciting opportunity, and these here are your most important tasks:
- Develop and maintain a database of qualified regional subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Oversee the service partner procurement process, including issuing requests for proposals, evaluating service partner job quotation and invoice management.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance based on project milestones, quality of work, adherence to schedules, and customer satisfaction.
- Be the entry point for the requirements of continuous support and guidance to subcontractors to enhance their skills, knowledge, and performance; Facilitate knowledge transfer and best practices sharing among subcontractor teams to improve overall project outcomes.
- Support the Project Management during commissioning and site acceptance services.
- Coordination and approval of HSE documentation for on-site visits together with HSE consultant
- Ensure up-to-date documentation, work instructions and processes for existing and coming service contracts and agreements
- Achieve consistent customer satisfaction ratings and respond appropriate to customer feedback on areas for improvement.
- Prepare documentations and work instructions.
