Being a HSE Administrative is an exciting task, since you are the superhero our clients need. You know what setup of our solutions will satisfy their needs, therefore, these here are your most important tasks:
- Provide support on issues related to the prevention of occupational risks and mainly with the document management of the platforms for the coordination of business activities (CAE).
- Verify and maintain the updating of the documentation in the CAE platforms.
- Coordinate possible incidents related to CAE and coordinate the different companies accessing our work centres.
- Help with training needs within the company. Search for suppliers and follow-up offers.
- Management of medical examinations.
- Stock control of H&S material in coordination with warehouse staff.
- Scheduling revisions of personal protective equipment.
- Generate HSE records
- Manage Invoices and track payments
Your profile
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? it is essential for you to have:
- Health & Safety degree, ADE or similar
- Self-motivated, passionate and quick learner
- Customer service oriented, problem-solving skills, decision making and analytical skills
- Organized
- Familiarized with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
