This position will be either part-time: (32 hours weekly + 1 day per week homeoffice, with willingness to convert in future to a full time role 40hs)

The point of contact for office, travel and admin matters
- Responsible for keeping track of travel arrangements
- Prepare and organize internal company meetings
- Responsible for purchasing / leasing of office equipments, office furnitures, services etc and coordination of deliveries
- Support the HR & Admin Manager for events, seminars and meetings and coordinate logistics (bookings, payments, invoices, etc.
- Responsible for all office agreements, including office, assigned company cars, mobile phone, etc
- Support with HSE documentation
- Any other ad-hoc matters requested by the HR & Admin Manager and Country Manager
