Your mission

This position will be either part-time: (32 hours weekly + 1 day per week homeoffice, with willingness to convert in future to a full time role 40hs)

Under supervision of the HR & Admin, you will be:

 The point of contact for office, travel and admin matters

  • Responsible for keeping track of travel arrangements
  • Prepare and organize internal company meetings
  • Responsible for purchasing / leasing of office equipments, office furnitures, services etc and coordination of deliveries
  • Support the HR & Admin Manager for events, seminars and meetings and coordinate logistics (bookings, payments, invoices, etc.
  • Responsible for all office agreements, including office, assigned company cars, mobile phone, etc
  • Support with HSE documentation
  • Any other ad-hoc matters requested by the HR & Admin Manager and Country Manager

Your profile

  • Highschool degree
  • Previous experience in similar positions
  • Excellent written and spoken command of Italian and English
  • Superior time management and organizational skills
  • A team player with great attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of and user proficiency in MS Office and Internet
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
  • Flexibility, service-oriented attitude, start-up mentality, good judgement, reliability, tact and discretion. 
  •  Self-initiative and the ability to both work independently with a minimum of supervision and as part of a team
