Your mission
The Risk Management Specialist is primarily responsible for the management and monitoring of exceptions in shipment, including process optimization and reporting. Managing the company's credit and collections processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit analysis, collections, and customer service. They will work closely with project accountants, sales team and project managers to establish and maintain customer credit limits, minimize credit risk, and ensure timely payment of outstanding balances.
- Exceptional Shipment Management, Oversee and manage the handling of exceptional shipments. Develop strategies to mitigate risks associated with abnormal deliveries.
- Compliance and Policy Adherence, Ensure adherence to established risk management policies and procedures. Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Manage the company’s credit insurance program; coordinate documentation among customers, insurers and Sungrow
- Review and analyse aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and initiate collection efforts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in current system
- Communicate with customers regarding payment status and payment arrangements
- Work with internal departments and accounting to resolve customer issues and disputes
- Provide regular reporting on credit and collections performance
- Identify areas for process improvement and provide recommendations for change
