We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Strategy Manager to drive strategic initiatives, shape the company's long-term vision, and contribute to the sustainable energy transition. As a Senior Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our organization toward continued growth and success in the rapidly evolving clean energy sector. Your most essential tasks are:
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set clear strategic objectives and key performance indicators.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends in the renewable energy technology sector.
- Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and business development efforts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and assess potential partnerships, collaborations, and investment opportunities.
- Drive the evaluation and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Assess potential risks to the company's strategic objectives and develop mitigation plans.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes, geopolitical influences, and other factors that may impact the renewable energy market.
- Effectively communicate the company's strategic vision to internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with investors, partners, and industry leaders to foster relationships and support strategic goals.
- Establish a robust system for monitoring and reporting on key strategic initiatives.
- Regularly evaluate and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market dynamics.
Your profile
All right, that was exciting wasn`t it? As you can imagine, in ordert o perform well on this task, you ideally have more or less the following background:
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of working in a premium business intelligence agency or a comparable high-profile industry setting.
- Demonstrated experience in extracting, analyzing, and synthesizing complex business data to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Familiarity with cutting-edge business intelligence tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Ability to navigate and interpret premium data sources and subscription services relevant to the renewable energy and technology sectors.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic plans that drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels.
- In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy industry, including market trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
