We are constantly moving forward and looking out for a Remote Support Engineer to support our growth in the solar industry.
- First-level support of issues, communicate with customer and provide support
- GSP system tickets handling for direct sales product
- Perform troubleshooting and incident response on the systems according FQA and instruction
- Escalate the trouble ticket to second Line when you cannot solve it
- Track issues through to resolution
- Implementation for software delivery and upgrades
- Working to triage or troubleshoot the issues within their defined areas
Your profile
All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role? Keep in mind it`s all about electrical equipment, that`s why it is essential for you to have:
- Education as Electrical technician or Engineer
- Willing to work on call duty.
- Experience with Sungrow product is beneficial
- Experience dealing with issues, and have good communication
- Willingness to travel
- English and Spanish Proficiency at least C1 Level
- Driving license is beneficial
- H&S training to access to construction site with electrical specific training is beneficial
- Filed service work experiences is beneficial
